Hi
I am flying from lax-Brisbane-Perth may 2013 and now worried about connection times brisb-Perth
I land in Brisbane at 645am and fly to Perth at 820am
Apparently I gave to catch a train from international to domestic terminal?
Has anyone flown this route and made it in time?
Thanks

You now get the Tbus from the international terminal to domestic instead of the train. If you are catching QF16 LAX/BNE connecting to QF589 to PER you can drop off your bags after clearing customs at the domestic interline desk before taking the bus.

If you are delayed & miss QF589, QF will put you on the next flight which is generally QF651 at 1100.

i am a worrier so I called qantas and changed my flight to via Melbourne with a better connecting time
hate stressing I might miss my flight!

I've done this before. Even had enough time for a quick shower (worst lounge shower I've used though) in the BNE QP.

Oz is right - worst case scenario, they will just put you on the next flight.
