How long is sufficient to allow between arriving internationally in SFO and a domestic flight? If the time and day is relevant it would be a mid morning arrival on a Friday.

What airlines? I.e. are they the same or will you have to make your way to another terminal? Luggage or HLO?
Even the class of travel will affect how quickly you get to the immigration line.

Same PNR so you can get your BPs in the originating port? Or will you need to join the check in queue again? If so do you have status to speed up the process? If the same PNR you're protected in case of delay. But how many other flights to the same destination that day?

As you can see lots of different factors that will impact your question.

Different airline
Different PNR

Minimum four hours noting that if you miss your next flight you will probably forfeit your flight to LAS unless they're both OneWorld airlines and AA puts you on the next available flight.
