I've always wondered what people use it for? Has anyone used it, and what for? Were you happy with the service or disappointed?

now that would actually be quite neat, as its a guaranteed stressor

I think i'd have more piece of mind chasing up my lost luggage myself rather than leaving it to some inept CSR from Bombay.

Gees... I'd make a top Concierge then... where do I sign up?

Westpac Platinum Concierge are excellent, they called say a dozen or so service providers to try and source a product for me!

Used it last night when I got lost - they were pretty good - even called me back!
