Not sure if this is right section for this post or if anyone is interested or not.
I'm currently looking at a return trip to GOT in October and came across this promotion on the BA site.

Currently if you book a return from SYD to SIN or SYD to LHR in J you get a complimentary upgrade to F for one-way.:)
Promo ends 4th Aug for travel btw 21/7 to 15/12/14.

It seems the same price if I go thru to GOT and only I would need to organise a MEL-SYD return to match up.

Seems OK to me. Can't see any catches.

They run this promo fairly often. It's a reasonable deal although I'd rather go F all the way myself :)

Can't find the T&C's anywhere but can you book I class this time?
IIRC it was only J/D on the last occasion this was offered.
