Do all Plat Charge card holders get Complimentary gold for Marco Polo now? What about new ones? Does it come with the new card after you're approved?

It isn't standard. It was a one time offer that had to be redeemed by a certain time.

As I was comp'd QF Gold this year I didn't bother submitting my form.
