Combining Qantas flight credits

I have about 15 individual Qantas flight credits (6x Qantas Pass and the rest just flight credits). I was wondering if Qantas can combine some of them into a single balance or do I need to have a specific flight in mind to book over the phone (and I assume they can book the flight for me with multiple credits)? Ideally I wanted to combine them but I didn't have anything yet to book specifically.

I haven't heard of people being able to combine credits, but you can use multiple credits to pay for one itinerary, over the phone.

My understanding is that it is a maximum of 4 credits per booking but it needs to be done over the phone.

Just combined 4 into one over the phone.
