combining international & domestic vouchers

• I currently hold return ticket tsv-akl & return tsv-bne. Former is business, latter is economy. I may be cancelling & taking vouchers. Am I able to combine new vouchers for new international fare?
• Or is easy to get $ credited back to credit card?

I don't believe you can combine vouchers.

Refunding to credit cards should be straightforward but QF does take quite a while to process the refund.

It is possible to combine vouchers (in direct contradiction of the T&Cs) by calling. At least for gift vouchers.
