Regarding the current Coles Mastercard gift card promotion (pic attached), the website listed on the card to check the balance—colesmastercardbalance.com.au—is currently not working. This raises concerns about how poorly these promotions are being managed.

Does anyone have alternative suggestions for checking the card balance securely? I’m quite hesitant to call the support number and provide the card details over the phone, as that poses a significant security risk.

Easier to keep track of the balance yourself (I write it on the card itself with a Sharpie) or use the entire balance at once.

After doing some research, I found that www.mybalancenow.com is a functional site for checking the balance on a Prepaid Coles Mastercard.

The link works for me at www.colesmastercardbalance.com.au however it doesn't seem to work without the 'www.' at the beginning of the URL.

And that domain name presently redirects to www.mybalancenow.com which is the actual balance check site.
