Yesterday I was in Coles and bought 5 x $100 gift cards for the 2000 points each. I am positive I scanned my card, I even remember commenting to the lady that 5 cards were allowed per customer. So I waited until today thinking my points would show up around 19:00-ish like usual but they never did. I looked on the receipt and my card has not registered as scanned, there is line that says I can sign up now at flybuys.com.au. I called just now but Flybuys is closed. I am worried as this is 10,000 points at stake and I purposely went there for this reason.

Will they add it to my account? The promo expires tonight but the purchase was done yesterday.

And of course check your receipt to ensure your Flybuys member number ( or part there of) is showing

Take your receipt to the service counter at the store you made the purchase from and they'll add your Flybuys to it. You shouldn't have any trouble getting the points.

Just an update re our hacked Coles gift cards. Finally, after 10 months, we received two replacement cards totalling $100 for the $50+ we lost. However, it took a complaint to AFCA to finally get this resolved by the Australian based division of InComm - the company who financially manage the cards. Apparently InComm are planning to include a PIN number in future stocks which should go a long way to make the cards more secure. For us, no more Coles Gift Cards until this is instigated.

I was appalled by the lack of responsibility from either Coles or Heritage Bank - both brands clearly advertised on the cards - and their last replies to us were so similiar I would not be surprised if AI was the author.
