Noticed twice now that Cole’s seem to behind flybuys in terms of point balances, I normally auto transfer to Velocity but when shopping within 24 hours of the points being transferred I still get the $10 off offer in store. Said yes last week and was subsequently overdrawn by 2000 points the next day!

I haven't noticed this, but I have noticed how slow Flybuys is to update the balance on acquired bonus points.

It doesn't surprise me that there's a delay. I work in IT and we perform daily/weekly/monthly batch runs for many different things. I'm guessing Flybuys and Coles does as well. Woolies Rewards update immediately, though

I use both Flybuys and Everyday Rewards and overall Flybuys is the more lucrative programme. But Everyday Rewards is the clear winner in terms of how long it takes for the points to turn up in the account.
