I have been checking the QF website regularly, to see when the European destinations will change from an "add-on" via LHR to a direct connection from Dubai.
So far, nothing has changed. All flights to EK destinations in Europe are showing via QF hubs.
Any ideas please.
1st March?

Sorry, didn't see the redemptions part.
Classic awards won't be available until the ACCC approve the JSA.

I can book a PER-DBX-DUB now, I don't see why it would be any different for MEL-DBX-DUB.

Only thing I can tell you is that the QF Code Share in J on those flights is $11,400 but the EK direct booking is $7,200.

I tried to book a flight DXB-LCA-DXB (Cyprus) and was advised classic awards ex-DXB wont be available until 31 March.

Are we talking redemptions here?

Sorry, just read that part in the title, didn't see it in the post body. No, I was talking outright cash purchases. I have seen ASA tickets on PER-DBX-DUB return in J for 650,000+ each way.

Thanks Rok,

Still can't see them, so will wait with anticipation.
