A $140 million upgrade of the domestic terminal at Cairns Airport has begun, with temporary arrangements in place for Qantas customers.​


Changes have been made to Qantas’s arrivals, pick-up and drop-off locations, with passengers to be ushered into a temporary arrivals and baggage hall. ​

Construction is due to be completed by late 2009.
