Cliam missing QFF points from Marriot ?

Anybody with any ideas how to claim missing QFF points from Marriot stays and what i would need to do ? yes give up is an option, was a thousands of points though. (Hotel in China if that helps, or rather doesn't i suspect)

I suggest you could fax the relevant details directly to QFF with a note explaining the problem.

I also have a few thousand missing points from a Marriott hotel in Sydney; I faxed the hotel but no response to date, so my next step will be the above. If you try faxing QFF please let us know how it goes.
