Claiming Missing Tier Points

Just asking what’s anyone’s experience with this ?
Flew QR early Feb, failed to credit and a month after contacting BA for missing TP still heard nothing.

Flew QR early Feb, failed to credit and a month after contacting BA for missing TP still heard nothing.

My most recent QR flights posted within a couple of days but I had some QF flights that hadn’t credited still after 3 weeks so put in a claim and it was near on 5 weeks before I was credited the TP’s. A couple of MH flights also didn’t credit after a month but put in a claim and that took about a week to see them appear in my account
