Hi there. New member to the site. Love it so far :)

I just have a quick question I was wondering if anyone could help me with.
I recently got back from a trip to the USA and didn't realise at the time that American Airlines was partnered with Qantas when it came to points. So when I was booking my flights I didn't include my QFF number. I have managed to claim all but one of the flights. This is because my flight was changed by the airline due to service delays and I was never sent the itinerary with flight information.

Does anyone know of a way to obtain this information so I can put the claim through? Am first year member trying to make a dash for silver :)

Thanks in advance

The best thing to do is call up QFF, explain what happened and ask for the 'Original Routing Credit'.
