Claim missing Aquire points - Crown Hotels

I'm going crazy trying to work out how to claim missing Aquire points for a hotel stay - the points have already posted to QFF a week or so ago so I assume the Aquire points have been lost along the way somewhere.

Starting here:

I click through to Crown Hotels but can't find any mention anywhere of how to lodge a missing points claim. Any ideas or past experiences with this?

Yeah, it's not clear :S
