CitiRwards Transfer to Velocity

Hi All,

So i tried to transfer some Citibank points to my wife's Velocity account on my Select card, where she is a supplementary card holder. However it got rejected. So i'm waiting for the points to come back, its been like a week. Just wondering how long does it take for the points to be posted back.

I did this with KrisFlyer last year, but seems like they've caught on

Had a Velocity transfer rejected last week and no points were refunded until I actually called them up... I suggest speaking to their (hopeless) customer care dept..
