Hi, this question hasnt been asked since 2015.

I recently transferred my points from citi to velocity. The status in citi says "fulfilled" but I cannot find more info on what that means? It also doesnt help that citi state it will take up to 28 days to transfer.

Reading the posts back a few years ago, citi had personnel details incorrect on file and caused a rejected transfer to velocity. Anyone have any ideas?

last time i did this took a day. Or two. I wouldnt have noticed really as it happened quick enough that there is no point caring about how long it takes.

24 hours to 5 days - weird
And the delays are always when you need the points quick!

Thanks both, I'll give them another call early next week. Citi is showing the order was "fulfilled" but when I called them today the consultant said my velocity details including my name and velocity number aren't on file...lesson learnt, do a trial run of a few points !
