Citibank rewards <> FF points

I wonder if the banks' fraud detection systems take into account the number of times you log onto internet banking and view the latest transactions.

I use CBA Netbank very regularly and never had a query.
 
Having retired and now moving large sums in and out of the super fund on line CBA do ring me after each large transaction to check.
Also have a citibank CC which was compromised recently but unlike others experiences I was told which transaction was suspect-it was in Italy.

I also had a cc (Wizard Clear Advantage Mastercard) used fraudulently (also in Italy) recently. I was rung, on my mobile, on a Sunday morning, to check the authenticity of the transaction. (As I was at work at the time I would have quite preferred to have been in Italy!) The card was cancelled and I received a new one within 48 hours.
