Citibank Premier complimentary credit card insurance cover...help please.

It is impossible to contact anyone at Citibank or Allianz to get an answer to any questions! On hold already today for 3 hours (as bad as Qantas)!
SO, brains trust does anyone know if cruise's are covered (specifically Antartica). I usually always travel with just this insurance but I believe some travel insurances have reduced their benefits. I realise the pds is online but still cannot find an answer to this.......HELP 🙏
 
On my reading you are eligible for the International Travel Insurance section of cover (as you will leave Australian waters) but not the Transit Accident Insurance section by reason of the definition of “trip” which incorporates the definition of “transportation”. A cruise ship is excluded from the definition of transportation.
