Citibank Plat Visa Fee Free 1st YR 12K in points(1K a month for spend)?

Hi all,

Got the FAKE "PLAT" Citi card offer.

Fee Free first year
1.25points pert $1 here
3 points overseas per $1(whats the conversion like?)
1K points per month as long as one spend

What can I FF can I transfer points into?
Which FF is best value to transfer.
Should I take up offer or wait for better offer?

The Citibank Platinum VISA allows transfers into Krisflyer and Virgin Velocity programs. According to the Virgin Velocity site, redemption is 1.5 CB points = 1 Virgin point. Not sure about the Krisflyer, I think it used to be 1 CB point = 0.66 Krisflyer.
