Citibank Annual summary?

Citibank used to send me a financial year summary report which I found really useful.

They stopped sending it at some point, but I thought no big deal I can just download my transactions and have a play in excel.

Looking online they will only allow me to download the past three months. What's the go? Can I request more data or the report?

I tried and they said "computer says no" - it's really annoying - they could at least give a whole year

I asked about it recently. They said there had been an issue, but didn't / wouldn't tell me if it was going to be prepared for last FY.

I had the same troubled. I'm appalled they only allow 3 months of downloads.

Yes statements are ok but I need transactions in csv format
