I think I understand your question. You will not have an individual policy number as it is a group policy of insurance
The group policy also probably does not have a policy number and I doubt you would find it anywhere
I think you could refer the tour group to this website together with proof you bought your ticket in a way that makes you eligible for cover as per the terms and conditions available on this website
