Citi Signature Points credited to account?

Hi all,

Received statement today $1011.01 closing balance but only 1505 points earned?
Should be 1011.01*1.5= 1516???
Cannot see a non eligible purchase on statement?
Total Available points are 1 point less than total too?

It's multiplied horizontally for whole dollars only, is then rounded down to nearest whole point, and then those totals are summed.

Eg 10.89 earns 15 points. $111.21 earns 166 points
