Citi Rewards to Virgin Atlantic... possible?

Is there a way to transfer Citi rewards to Virgin Atlantic?
Perhaps via Velocity?

Well certainly you can transfer to Velocity and use velocity points for Virgin atlantic travel but I dont think there is any way of getting the points to Virgin atlantic.
Join my campaign-ask citi if they will add SPG to their points partners-from SPG you can transfer to VirginA.
