How many FF points for J class (Circle Pacific) SYD/ HKG/LAX/SYD would I need?.

No such thing.
Circle Pacific is a PAID oneworld fare only.

You could potentially replicate using a QFF oneworld classic award.
In which case SYD-HKG-LAX-SYD = 19,356 m = 282,500 points.
based on this table
Frequent Flyer - Using Points - Qantas & Partner Classic Awards - Points Tables
Note you would have to use CX for SYD-HKG and AA for HKG-LAX or add in a few other flights to ensure you used 2 other oneworld airlines.

Also note that unlike a J Circle Pac where any US domestic flights book into First, the QFF oneworld classic award in Business will book into Economy.

This is true for the one/two class flights where there's Y or F&Y but not for the 3 class F,J&Y transcontinental flights.

HKG-LAX is operated by CX so for an award booking you will need to book the CX flight number and NOT the AA codeshare flight number. Except for a very specific exceptions, QFF awards must be booked under the flight number of the operating airline and not using a codeshare flight number.

So the easiest way to meet the rules requiring two other OneWorld airlines would be to route HKG-SFO-LAX or HKG-NRT-LAX or LAX-HNL-SYD.
