Choose your preferred membership card - there is no choice?

My Qantas "Year" ends this month. I have already requalified WP and have received notification from Qantas in the App.

I went to order a new card via the profile as indicated and was greeted with:

Has anyone had such an experience and if so, what happened?

Maybe it's too soon and I'll need to wait until next month.
I just went in and requested a new card (after seeing your post). Seems to have worked.

I’m a 01 Aug start date. Totally forgot about this option….

Before that had happened though, I requested one via the contact form and asked for a new luggage tag as well. The kit with card and tag was received about a week later.
Nice. I guess I’ll see if I get a new luggage tag just selecting the option for the new membership card. If I don’t I guess I’ll try the contact form.
 
Mine was like that for the first week or so of my new WP membership year (Sep-Aug), but eventually updated to show as below. Before that had happened though, I requested one via the contact form and asked for a new luggage tag as well. The kit with card and tag was received about a week later:

Was that the new DYKWIA luggage tag or smarttag? I assume the former?
