Choice of 2 rows in Premium Economy on 747

Our family of 3 are flying from SYD-HKG return on Qantas in Sep/Oct this year. I have just noticed that the plane on the return leg has now been changed to a 3 class 747. We have the choice of seats 37DEF or the last row 39DEF (is recline limited because it is last row?) Which would be the better choice or are they much the same?
