China Airlines Redeye Service?

Hi guys,

I Will be flying out to Taiwan via China Airlines in premium economy (business hard to come by). As this will be a red eye flight I'm curious to know when the meal will be served? I guess an hour after take off? Thank you.

There is a meal service served an hour after takeoff and breakfast is served two hours before landing.
