Checking my booking on AA not working

Mrs Spud and I are heading off on the 23rd and I thought I'd check my bookings which were done by a third party. Cathay and Japan airlines are ok but AA can't find my booking. I'm using the usual 6 character code. Is there anything else I can try? I used mu USDM miles BTW

I had trouble when I made bookings on aa.com (US site) and then went to check them and the computer defaulted to the Aust site and couldn't find the bookings. It was fine when I changed back to the aa.com US site. So my suggestion is to make sure you are using the site of the same country where the booking was made.

Are you using the AA PNR when checking on AA.com? I guess that you are.
