Tried claiming for QFF pts on a recently taken CX flight booked as part of an international QF itinerary and got rejected with the note "ineligible class".

Was pretty sure it was eligible. How can I confirm what booking class it was in fact allocated to? Tried looking up itinerary on CMT but error messages come up that suggest the booking ref has been reused already. (Itinerary has been completed) Also tried sabre's VT but again nada. There's nothing on the e-tix receipt to advise what the booking class is/was.

Was it booked through a TA? If so they will be able to recall the booking even if it's passed and tell you.

Otherwise not sure.

Sorry can't be much help then, some of the other guys might have a better idea.

Have you tried calling QF and asking them to retrieve your expired PNR?
