What's the cheapest way to keep Virgin Atlantic flying club account active for someone living in Australia without taking a flight in the near future or uses Amex? Thanks
Generally Flying Club is the only program to credit hire car mileage, its very lucrative.
As in points are based on distance travelled in the hire car?
I have about 12,000 points for myself and 11,000 points for my partner. Rather than trying to earn to keep active, what's the best way to redeem these points and close the account? I don't think spending $50 x 2 is worth keeping the points on car hire.
I have checked the fine print, virgin atlantic don't seem to allow family transfer, is this right?
Both of us has accumulated velocity and QFF points, if there is a way to transfer those into any one of these.
Thanks

Try some of these :
Virgin Games (think you can open an account with just £10 - may even get some bonus miles)
Virgin ISA
eRewards membership - free - and reward for completing surveys is points you can transfer to flying club
