I just bought one at Jbhifi
128GB retailed for $1899 and 256GB $2099
I got the guy to get me all the chargers and accessories I needed so he gave me discount
So effectively got the 256 for price of 128.
Its a cracker of a phone
Love it

Plenty of HOME giftcards with commbanks and other CC rewards. Easy to pay for the phone this way
So you got 256 for $1899 + charger and what else p,s?

Any GCs sold at discounted prices?

E-Rewards 7500 pts converts to $25 JB gift voucher (as a freebie) but a limit of one redemption every 6 wks or something like that. So only a small chunk off a high end iPhone.

We spent 30minutes in Apple store this week comparing our very old "x's" to the 14 promax.
Setting up the x beside the 14prom with the same size fonts there was sfa difference in the screen real estate.
The promax felt huge and less comfortable in my pokit with sharp edges compared to the softer form factor of the old x
The better camera could be nice but but no way could I see the value and our tired old 'x's" remain the weapon of choice

SYD+1 inherited my XR (which is still going strong). My 12 appears to have a dodgy battery but also otherwise going strong. I’ll probably replace the battery before I replace the phone - even though I can write-off a new one!

Now when doing o/s trade shows I have completely done away with camera and now use 2 x iPhones instead - so now need to buy a new iPhone instead of taking spare office unit as is required there - power bank and cable to re-charge during show totally impractical - battery life and camera quality important hence heading to new 14 and 100% tax write off so it is basically a no-brainer but as always any deal is always sweet - and new cover for iPhone 14 Max Pro now in the air and on the way from USA - pic to follow once arrived.

Tks to all who responded.

FTR - my current phone is 13 max pro which I bought in Oct 21 when Coles had a 15% HER GC promo running - now that was sweet 👍

FWIW I recently got a quite from Apple to replace batt in 14mp and it was $132 which I thought was quite reasonable - after market places quoted 180 and 170 to replace - i will head into Apple and get mine replaced before heading to China Feb 24

Much dearer if you buy 14PROMAX in UK I saw when researching. US cheaper
With an ABN, buying in Oz, taking the GST credit and writing off the balance would be cheaper still than US.

Similarly TRS - just have to manage returning to Oz (pool DF allowance with a friend!).
