Cheap flights coming? - China’s back

A good 15yrs back now but on a tour of China flew China Eastern domestically and tour guide gave strict instructions under no circumstances eat or drink anything on board, I have a tour to run and don't want sick people on my tour.

I presume a lot has changed since then
We have used Chinese carriers dozens of times long haul and plenty domestically and the catering whilst a notch below is usually ok and I can honestly say I’ve never been sick from eating their food. Some are obviously better than others but it’s been fine

No issues with Chinese carriers and catering, other than MU rationing beers, refusal often offends, especially when it’s your second ;)
