Cheap flight to London or Paris from Melbourne

I am currently looking for the cheapest flight from Melbourne to Paris or London (or somehwere else in Europe if that make the flight cheaper) on the 18th/19th of August and coming back on the 30th/31st.

So far the best price I found is around $2300. Any idea to get it cheaper?

Keep looking, i had a quick look and managed to get it down to $2200, but that was only checking 3-4 airlines so possibly can get it lower still.
