Chauffeur Drive Question

Hi,
Ive booked my wife to return from singapore next week on a classic award in F on EK metal as a surprise. When I go to book the chauffeur drive pickups I will need to put her number in as contact obviously. Will they send her anything immediately to confirm the booking? Will any confirmation be sent to her at all? I want to keep it a surprise until the night before so a text/call would give the game away.

From memory, I got an email confirming the chauffeur drive booking straight away and then a call the day before from the car provider to confirm pick up time etc.

Ok that will probably be fine. The email on the booking is my email address as I didn't want an itinerary for F travel to be sent to her. A call the day before will be fine as I will tell her the day prior that I've organised a limo to the airport. She will still get the surprise when she goes to check in at the airport.
