Missing.. not misaligned. 5A and 5K have a panel without a window. 12A and 12K in the mini-cabin are similar (shown just before 2min in the video)

Is actually shown on the seatmap if you look very closely, but you still get a window to look forward out of.

Seat Maps for the Boeing 787-9 | Qantas

Economy Row44 at the back of the front cabin and Row57 are worse

I will withhold my final opinion of the Economy & Premium Economy seating until I see photos of rows of seats with "real" people in them - with their bags, jackets etc.

However, unless the Y seats have magically obtained more shoulder & hip room than Air New Zealands' 787 I will not be flying in them.

A lot of hype I’m afraid. I will continue my agnostic approach to my selection of aircraft type.

The fuel margins will be very thin so I’ll expect some “splash and dash” into continental Europe going West.

1. One day to go – Tomorrow we’ll officially welcome our first 787 Dreamliner home. VH-ZNA flew from Seattle to Honolulu yesterday and will begin the journey to Sydney this evening. An arrival event will be held in Hangar 96 tomorrow morning with Sunrise, Sky News and the Today Show crossing live to the event during their programs. Track the flight on flight radar QF7879.

Yep, we're now in Honolulu and have some downtime until we head out to HNL at 9pm, with QF7879 setting out on its homeward-bound leg at 11.45pm. Current plan is arriving into Sydney around 7am, flyover over Sydney Harbour (weather and ASTC permitting) before 7.10am touchdown at SYD.

Not fair... we flew away from PAE in cloud and rain, and arriving to same in SYD... at least HNL hasn't let us down!

Although some of those clouds did look threatening!

Just saw it flying over the harbour. Shame about the weather.

So another new release aircraft flop?

I love it when there's all this hype then in a few weeks the "787 economy seats are woeful" threads start poping up /sarcasm

Lets give credit where credit us actually due.
