I wish there was faster system in place where I could check in my bag and collect it as soon as we land. For me it's not about cost but about time spent waiting, you already do enough of that at airports and in planes, there are places I've got to be. Not to mention carousel jerks.

If weighing carry on bags is an effective way to reduce fare costs, maybe they should start weighing people, I'm sure people would a higher variance in weight than bags, especially for domestic travel..
