I understand QF doesn't charge Jetstar for latter's passengers using their business and first class lounges. But other partners, such as CX, pay Qantas a per pax fee. How much?

When they want to be the area all one...

Flounges I think JQ would pay but not QP's... When you go into Flounge they take your BP details and IMHO they would be processing it all down in some system of what they bring you.

It varies depending on airline agreements, for instance MH charge EY MYR40 for their passengers to use the KUL lounge.

Interesting question.

When I am in SIN flying MH business class and briefly visit 4 Oneworld lounges who pays? MH or Qantas? Either way one of them is losing a lot of money as I may only be in the lounge for 5-10 minutes tops.

I'm sure there is an offset at the end of the month between partner airlines...you owe me this less what I owe you = not much.

That may be so, but I would say this is some what rare, but on the other hand I'm sure there are a few QF pax who would to the same thing back to MH... So it'd even out in the balance.
