Trying to change a three-leg domestic business classic reward to a new date. Current booking is J/J/Y (no J cabin on final flight.) A search for a new ticket shows several options but when I try to change online these are only offered as J/Y/Y. Every flight combination, every day.
I called and the SA agent couldn't even see these options and told me that this is because his screen is up-to-date and I'm seeing old data. Hmm.
So, my question: is there a difference in inventory between new tickets and changes to ticketed flights?
