Hi

I have a K class (flexi-saver) ticket from MEL to PER.

I have already made one change online. However, when i log in to the FF website, i can't seem to find the "change flights" button under view/change flights anymore???

What's going on??

Is it because I have already completed the outbound leg of the journey?

Will i be charged the booking fee if i change online?

thanks

The system will only allow you to make one change online - the rest will need to be made over the phone. There is no change fee charged on a flexi-saver or higher.

At what point can you change a flight on-line.

I made my booking last Friday (SYD-MEL on Feb 15th - FULL Y), yet when I look at my bookings there is currently no option to change on-line??
