Change of rewards bookings on expiring points

Earlier in the year (Mar), I had a batch of KF points on the verge of expiring and made some rewards booking in J for January 2023.

Now the flights are fast approaching and we’ve made other plans and can’t use these bookings…

I know if I cancel these bookings, the points will be gone, but I think I’m allowed to make 1 change. Just not sure if it has to be within 1 yr of ticket being issued (pre-COVID) or what’s available to book?

Do I have any other options?
 
You can certainly change out to 365 days, I’ve had luck in the past well past that but I certainly had to push to do so (I had been told by them previously that I could so escalated to a supervisor)
