Change FF program after flight?

Probably a rhetorical question, but is there the remote possibility of removing say QF status and crediting to AA after flight has been flown? I.e. one is printed on the boarding pass already, so not a retroactive claim per se.

no. once flown with the number it will be credited to that program. generally can't be undone unless airline fault.
