CGK-SIN-MEL luggage checkthrough?

I originally had a business CGK-SYD-MEL flight booked via the Qantas website.

I have had my flight changed to:
CGK-SIN on Garuda business then SIN-MEL on Qantas business. I have a 2 hour overlay.
This was done via the Qantas website so is still a Qantas ticket.

Will my luggage be checked through from CGK all the way to MEL given that I am checking in with Garuda in Jakarta?

Should not be a problem if it is all on the one PNR or ticket.
