Not sure how that was possible - surely the other seat was bought in his name rather than for Mr Cello? :confused: Then he should be entitled to collecting the points as he was physically present on the plane....I don't think anything in T&C stops you from buying several seats for yourself and getting the points
anyway, Delta got bad publicity out of it but I feel sorry for the bloke

At least he was allowed to take his cello onboard. QF have changed their ways in the last few years, but for a long time they wouldn't allow it. Ridiculous when you consider they sponsor performing arts organizations that use them.
