For anyone who wasn't aware, yes, you can cellar beer. It's much like cellaring wine although there are only a few beer types which are appropriate to age.

I have a growing collection of cellared beers that's fast running out of storage room (a cupboard in the kitchen I've commandeered), so I've been looking for solutions, one of which is a wine fridge.
