CDG - BKK trying to book QR flights with Asia Miles but flights not showing when trying to Redeem

Hi, First time poster. I have a honeymoon planned for Next year and have Transferred points to Asia Miles when they had a 15% bonus.
I am wanting to travel from Paris to Bangkok. Ideally via Helsinki as Finnair has a direct HEL - BKK flight however availability is limited, so thinking of going via Doha.
American Airlines rewards booking site shows 2x flights from CDG - DOH - BKK however when searching on Asia Miles website those flights are not showing up. Infact I struggled to find any QR flight on the asia miles website.

Would I still be able to book these flight if I call up asia Miles?
Are the taxes higher to book QR flights?

Doesn't show up with BA either, but does show up with QR.

Only way to confirm is to call CX.

Carrier charges will be way higher than AA as CX pass on those charges while AA does not.

Nope this is similar to how many QR flights aren't bookable with QF points.

It's similar, but not the same as QF.

My understanding is that QR business class availability is limited to 119 days. It is something ridiculously small like 5? days with QF.

Kiran, I checked the taxes on CDG-BKK: $AUD1200 per person!

119 days, makes it difficult to plan well ahead. May have to book whats available now so I can secure something and then maybe if a preferred option shows up later, I could change the flight. Hope thats easier said then done.

But those taxes!! So crazy.
