CBR-WLG return on SQ J for $846

Found this fare SQ J seats (D fare) for small combination of dates in March, but must return to Canberra on the Wednesday flight to get the cheap deal. Not bad when the VA codeshare (same metal) is >$2000.

I was trying to get to the AFF dinner in CHC but my dates don't work out (I have prior commitments on the Wed to get this deal). Shame, because I wanted to try out the CBR International flights... but only in J

It's a bit more flexible than needing to come back on a Wednesday, might depend on the day you're leaving CBR as well. I got an unexpected day off that will give me a four-day weekend, and was able to find good fares at the same price you found, but then couldn't make my hotel choices work.

Nice find! Though with the loads between Canberra and Wellington not being so great, one does wonder how long SQ will persist.

That is almost enough reason for me to take a status run, doing my part to keep the service.

CBR has so few options we have to keep the few we have !
