Today's Daily Telegraph reported that CBA has introduced a $20.00 fee for additional cardholders. I am not sure if this is for all cardholders or Gold cardholders. Any CBA cardholders - check with your CBA customer service.
These banks are getting paranoid. I am with my WP Altitude Gold and CPA AMEX as these are "fee free" to me (I have my home loan with WP). I hope they do not start being funny.
