Hi, I am considering a points transfer to AsiaMiles from AMEX to make a reward booking, there is availability quoted but only the amount of points. I can't see how much the added cash charges will be until I proceed further with the booking, but because my Asiamiles balance is 0 it won't let me proceed. Is there a way I can find out? Operator is not CX on the proposed booking.
Thanks for any suggestions!

I think the only ways would be to (a) contact Cathay, e.g. on WhatsApp, or (b) ask on AFF if someone who has Asia Miles can check for you.

To get a quote you'd need to provide the route and travel class, but you don't have to give the actual date you want to fly - just pick any with availability.
